Observations from the Australian Defence Force

We’ve all been here…including me. This is one of the key elements to avoid and I tried emphasising this to my students while instructing at RAAF Officers Training School.

You need to be able to stop, check and revise, before continuing on…it’s a simple agile principle and one Defence has been using (and training in) for decades.

  • Define the problem
  • Analyse the problem
  • Define the solution
  • Implement the solution
  • Check and revise
